Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients. You'll ensure our clients achieve their goals using our car rental and fleet management solutions, driving retention and expansion.

What You'll Do
  • Onboard new clients and ensure successful platform adoption
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve issues
  • Drive customer retention and expansion revenue

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B software companies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Experience in the automotive or travel industry is a plus
